Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Contact submissions are stored securely in our project management database (Supabase) and are accessible only to Randles Creative LLC. We retain this data for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects pageviews, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP address — full IP addresses are not stored), device and browser type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth to receive email notifications when you submit a contact form. Your information is transmitted securely and is not shared with Google beyond what is required to deliver the notification email. We also use Google Analytics for site traffic measurement, as described above.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at silas@randlescreative.com. We will respond within 30 days.
